In recent weeks there have been many signings for the 2023 Opening of the MX League, although several of the most important were those made by the Águilas del América with Grupo Pachuca, an issue that David Faitelson complained regarding when assuring that this was an “illegality”.

As a result of all the ups and downs, David Faitelson once once more disagreed with Grupo Pachuca by assuring that it is “illegal” and that changes between them should be regulated more.

It should be remembered that in various interviews both Jesús Martínez and Alejandro Irarragorri have stated that timeshare and the exchange of players is not illegal, although both recognized that they must work thoroughly with the issue.
In addition, the journalist Ricardo Mayorga replied to the ESPN communicator that Jesús Martínez planned to end the timeshare by giving everything to his son, for which Faitelson replied.
“That’s ‘fighting it.’ They should regulate it between them and prohibit transactions and operations between them… I mean, it is a way of half covering what is obviously wrong…”.
