On Tuesday night, CHV premiered its new teleseries, Tell me who you are with. starring Mane Swett, Cristián Riquelme and Cristián Arriagada.
The plot of the story follows the protagonist Kari Ayala (Swett), a successful designer who was regarding to lead a major fashion show. However, everything ended badly when she was involved in a controversial scam complaint.
The big culprit is Kari’s husband, Paulo (Riquelme), a spiritual guru who was regarding to start a business.
The premiere generated a wave of reactions on social networks from viewers, who pointed to the similarity in the plot of the soap opera with the case of Tonka Tomicic and Parived, due to its connection to the Relojes case.
“I had no idea that they made a soap opera inspired by Tonka Tomicic and Parived”, “I can imagine Parived”, “I don’t believe you, if it’s Tonka and Parived”, were some of the comments.
It is worth mentioning that before the premiere, the actress Mane Swett addressed the comparisons between the soap opera and the case of the cheerleader.
“We work the soap opera from another point of view and as I once answered: Stories like this do not have names or surnames,” he said, adding that events like the one in the story “happen everywhere and to many women.”
