It would be so much easier for everyone. The reality is far from that. Some people demand safety measures in their street but cannot tolerate any controls or obstacles when they are behind the wheel. This is where the basic problem lies,” he comments.
Suggested cycle lane
In addition, it is not a cycle path but a suggested cycle lane. This means that it indicates to cyclists the best position to adopt on the road and to other users the possible presence of cyclists. “I validated the system proposed by the mobility service of the municipality and the Walloon Region. It will be tested for a few months. I am quite optimistic regarding its effectiveness and its cost is very low. »
