Brussels (Belgium): Protests are intensifying once morest the photography exhibition that insults Jesus Christ at the European Parliament building. Swedish artist and lesbian photographer Elisabeth Olsson’s picture has sparked controversy. Many members of the Parliament have come forward with protest on the matter.
Elizabeth Olson exhibited a photograph depicting Jesus surrounded by disciples depicted as homosexuals and suffering from the mental disorder of sadomasochism. A mental disorder that takes pleasure in torturing others and experiencing torture itself is known as ……………..
The public was not allowed to enter the photography exhibition that lasted for the last four days. Only parliamentary staff and political leaders saw the exhibition.
Elizabeth Olson is notorious for promoting sexist agendas through her photos. Their pictures have been in controversy before. Elizabeth claims that she portrays a Jesus who loves the rights of the LGBTQ community.
Right-wing politicians from Italy and Poland strongly condemned the show. They termed the film as grossly obscene and disrespectful to God.
George Baxade from the right-wing party accused the European Parliament of turning the European Parliament into a venue for the LGBTQ lobby, with the participation of left-wing and liberal parties. Maria Veronica Rossi from Italy criticized this as an insult to millions of believers across Europe.
“The European Union is deviating from its values and denying our culture,” former member Philippe de Villiers from France wrote on Twitter.
Earlier Elizabeth Olson’s painting inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s ‘Last Supper’ was controversial. It depicts Jesus surrounded by gay, lesbian and transgender disciples. After a huge protest once morest the photo, 2000 policemen were guarded for the exhibition.
