Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip documented the moment a citizen got out of his car, to photograph the plate of another violating vehicle suddenly.
The clip showed the car stopping in the width of the road, and obstructing the movement of cars, so that the citizen raised his mobile in the direction of the car and photographed the plate.
The clip showed that the citizen spent some time during the filming of the plate, and appeared waving to the other parked cars to continue driving.
The activists of the communication sites differed, between supporters and opponents of what the citizen did, while some believe that what he did is correct and a contribution from him to the competent authorities in deterring violators of traffic laws, others saw that photographing the violating cars is not his responsibility.
