The British royal family announced that Queen Elizabeth II, the queen of England, passed away peacefully in the followingnoon local time at the age of 96, and Crown Prince Charles immediately succeeded to the throne. The statement stated that Charles and Queen Camilla would stay there and return to London on the 9th at that time.

Clarence House has confirmed that the new King Charles will be named “King Charles III”.

He expressed that the National Association would mourn with the members of the royal family, and called on the people of the whole country to unite and support the King of England, just as his mother has done for the country for a long time. Zhuohuisi also pointed out that the passing of the second Elizabethan age ended with “God save the King”.
