During the WWDC 2023 keynote, Apple presented significant improvements for AirDrop. The transfer function will be easier to use and more powerful in iOS 17, iPadOS 17 and macOS Sonoma. For example, iCloud will be able to take over in the event of an incomplete transfer. The Apple TV is not left out, since tvOS 17 integrates Continuity Camera to make FaceTime calls from the flat screen in the living room.
