Conte’s call to congratulate Kane after his record

He was diagnosed with cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder). “He will undergo surgery to remove his gallbladder and will return following a period of recovery,” Spurs added.

Thanks to their success once morest the Citizens, Spurs remain in the race for qualification for the Champions League. They are in fifth place one point behind fourth-placed Newcastle.
