The Ministerial Delegation for Digital Health completed today in Rennes its Tour of the Regions, launched on January 10 in Marseille. At each stage, it involved the Caisse Nationale de l’Assurance Maladie, the Agence du Numérique en Santé and the General Directorate for the Offer of Care of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, to discuss with the actors involved in digital health (Regional Health Agencies, Regional e-health development support groups – GRADeS, Primary Health Insurance Funds, representatives of patients, local health professionals and establishments, as well as certain digital companies in health).
In two months, these are eighteen towns in France in which exchanges were heldwith a total of more than 2,500 people gathered face-to-face, and almost as many remotely.
The richness of the conversations carried out, the meetings, the particular problems specific to each member of the ecosystem have made it possible to strengthen and improve the next future roadmap 2023-2027 “Put digital technology at the service of health”, putting prevention, quality and access to care in the spotlight. Strong themes emerged from discussions on the ergonomics of software, the ethical regulation of telehealth, the strengthening of digital inclusion and the importance of investing sustainably in cybersecurity.
Final stage in Rennes on February 28
The Breton stage of the Tour of the regions took place in Rennes at the Triangle, Cité de la Danse, in the presence of more than one hundred and fifty people for a morning of discussions around the latest national and regional advances in digital health [1] and next steps to be determined.
The delegation then went to a health facility, the Saint-Hélier cluster, to discuss innovative digital uses and My Health Space. Professionals, fully committed to the process, feed it and consult it from their computerized patient file. They encourage patients and residents to (re)take control of their health by appropriating this tool.
Continue the mobilization
The consultation remains open on participaz.esante.gouv.fr until March 14. At the end of this national consultation, the 2023-2027 digital health roadmap, enriched by all the contributions and exchanges, will be presented by the ministers responsible for health and solidarity in the spring.
