Governor Gladkov published a video showing the consequences of Ukraine’s shelling of Belgorod
According to preliminary data, as a result of the latest shelling of Belgorod and the surrounding area from Ukraine, windows were knocked out in 14 apartment buildings, 21 cars were damaged, as well as roofs, facades, windows and fences in eight private houses. This was reported on Sunday, September 1, in its Telegram-channel was written by the head of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov, who published a video of the consequences of the strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
He also said that the number of civilians injured as a result of the shelling had risen to 11. Ten of them were taken to medical institutions in Belgorod, one was given medical care on the spot, and further treatment will be on an outpatient basis, the governor said.
The head of the region also reported that two children are in extremely serious condition. One boy has a penetrating shrapnel wound to the abdominal cavity and an open fracture of the right foot, the second has extensive wounds to both legs. If necessary, they will be sent to Moscow for treatment, Gladkov added.
Earlier on September 1, Gladkov reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had once again struck Belgorod and the surrounding area.
