That said, the fine that was applied to Millionaires has to do with the times and punctuality of the teams when playing a match, since article 5.1.11.6 number 2 contemplates that “If the players of a team appear on the field of play later than the scheduled time for their resumption, or disregarding the indications of the Referee and/or Delegate in this regard, the responsible club and the coach of the team in question will be sanctioned by the CONMEBOL Disciplinary Commission”.
