Kolkata: With the possibility of a Trishanku cabinet in Mizoram, the Congress has started talks with the regional organization Soram People’s Movement (ZPM). According to various exit polls, no one may get an absolute majority in Mizoram.
The newly formed Soram People’s Movement fielded candidates as independents in the last election. SDP emerged as the main opposition, relegating the Congress to the third position.
