New Delhi: During the no-confidence motion brought by the opposition India Front in the Parliament on the Manipur issue, there was a complaint that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi gave a flying kiss to women members while leaving the Lok Sabha following his speech. Union Minister Smriti Irani came forward with the complaint. BJP women MPs may complain to Speaker Om Birla once morest Rahul on the issue.
