The plenary of Congress of the republic sessions this Monday 16 —since 10 in the morning— to develop a broad agenda. As a first point, bills 206, 306 and 612 were approved —with 75 votes in favor, 46 once morest and 0 abstentions— that propose a constitutional reform to eliminate the vote of confidence with a view to presenting a new Minister council. This must be ratified via referendum. After that, the parliamentary debate continues and it is expected to touch on issues derived from the different commissions of the Parliament.
