Congress declares nominees for 124 constituencies in Karnataka; Siddaramaiah to contest from Varuna

About forty people on the list are under 45 years of age. The committee will meet once more to discuss the remaining seats where multiple candidates are in the running.

Rahul Gandhi, Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal, National Secretary in charge of Karnataka Roji M. John and others attended the meeting. It is said that the date of election in Karnataka will be announced soon.
