Morgan makes fun of Manchester United and Ronaldo’s replacement!
Veteran British journalist Piers Morgan ridiculed Manchester United, following the defeat in the 21st week of the English Premier League once morest Arsenal, 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium.
Morgan, who had a lengthy dialogue with Cristiano Ronaldo, was the straw that broke the camel’s back in the relationship between the Portuguese star and his club, to terminate his contract with the team a few days later.
Morgan criticized the Red Devils for Ronaldo’s departure by mocking the recruitment of Dutch striker Vout Vykhorst as a replacement for the Portuguese international.
Morgan wrote on his personal account on Twitter: “Congratulations Manchester United, this is what happens when you hire an arrogant coach who disrespects the legend Cristiano Ronaldo, makes him leave badly, then replaces him with someone I have never heard of who looks like an Austrian sausage.”
It is worth noting that Ronaldo had joined Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia and played the first match with his new team yesterday as well, and did not score in his team’s victory over Al-Ettifaq with a goal without a response in the clashes of the 14th week of the Saudi Roshan League.
