Confirmed! Nothing Phone (2) will definitely use the flagship Snapdragon 8 Series chipset.

Nothing Phone (2) has been rumored for a while that it will launch later this year. Although there are not many details, but for sure, now the chipset that will be used is confirmed as a flagship chip, the Snapdragon 8 Series!

Nothing CEO Carl Pei shared a photo he took with Qualcomm CEO Cristiano R. Amon holding a red shirt with the name Phone (2) prominently marked with the number 8 and Carl Pei’s caption. Simply specify “Snapdragon 8 Series LFG!” or Let’s go with Snapdragon 8 Series! as well

There is no clear confirmation of the model that will be used. But it is expected that it will be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 that we saw on many flagships this year. Carl Pei previously said that the Nothing Phone (2) will be released in the third quarter of this year. This (During July – Sept.)

During this period, there may be an upgraded version of the chip like the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 released, just like every year. I’m not sure that Carl Pei hasn’t named the chipset directly, probably because it’s keeping the new chip for use as well.

Nothing Phone (1)

For Nothing Phone (1), the brand’s first smartphone was launched with a mid-range chip like the Snapdragon 778G because it offers enough performance. But if this year the chip is adjusted to the Snapdragon 8 Series, it should definitely go through the flagship group more fully. Anyone who wants the design style and the ultimate specification Please be patient and wait!
