Duties required for Senior Product Owner positions
1- The applicant for the positions of Banque Misr 2022 is required to lead and support a multi-functional team and agility to deliver value to Banque Misr clients.
2- Ensure that teams are working on the smallest possible business elements (stories).
3- Communicate the vision, plans, goals and progress to both your team and stakeholders.
4- Ensure that product success metrics are measured by the team and shared transparently
5- Prioritizing and sequencing the team backlog to provide the most value
6- Assisting in internal and external communication and improving transparency.
7- Leading scrum celebrations such as planning, revisions and refinement.
8- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
9- Owning and maintaining the backlog team and supervising issuance plans.
10- Seeking continuous improvement of the product’s time until the market process.
11- Managing product dependencies across the tribe.
Conditions for joining Banque Misr jobs 2022
1- 3-5 years experience with delivery teams as a Product Owner in a Lean / Agile setup.
2- Gradual agile practices and practical experience methods are preferred.
3- Contribute to the maturity, performance and growth of the agile team.
4- Strong customer focus and mindset.
