It is also among the conditions that she should have a pregnancy follow-up card and be registered with it at least 3 times a month, and she should be regular in receiving vaccinations for children and frequent health units to receive health care, in addition to the conditional on not marrying early for girls, which supports solidarity and dignity.
The Ministry of Social Solidarity revealed that the condition for disbursing the support is linked to the conditionality, which is education, which means that children from the age of 6 years must be registered in schools, and the children who benefit from the support are required to attend regularly, and it is at least 80% of the school days.
It stipulated that girls should not marry before the age of 18, and Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, confirmed that whoever marries his daughter before she reaches her age puts her life at risk and deprives her of education, and the punishment will be increased for the father because the marriage of underage girls is considered human trafficking.
The Ministry indicated that the criteria for admission to the Takaful and Karama program are to complete the application data for the Takaful and Karama cash support program, in the form that indicates the social status of the family, and the status of individuals applying for support must be below the poverty line, and not have a fixed monthly income or any Insurance pension.
