Conatel opens investigation into hate messages transmitted through social networks

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported that the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel) will open a legal-administrative investigation into people who have issued hate messages for hate messages transmitted by WhatsApp and other social networks.
