Conatel, in its capacity as Tax Administrator, informs taxpayers who provide duly authorized telecommunications services that, from July 1 to July 15, they must declare and pay the taxes corresponding to the 2nd quarter of the year 2024, a period in which they will be able to carry out their administrative management.
The declaration process will be carried out through the Conatel Online system and the corresponding payment through the Banco de Venezuela platform. To do this, they must enter the website www.bancodevenezuela.com, Legal Entity, Payments for Services option, Type of Service and then select the Contributions/Taxes option where CONATEL will appear.
In this sense, the regulatory entity recommends that duly authorized service providers make their provisions for the declaration and payment of telecommunications taxes; whose obligation must be fulfilled within the first fifteen (15) days following the end of the 2nd calendar quarter, in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Telecommunications Law and the Organic Tax Code.
