Compulsory 12 houses built without permission

(PLO)- Authorities coerced houses to be built on agricultural land.

On February 28, the functional force of Tan Uyen town in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Tan Phuoc Khanh ward forcibly dismantled 12 houses built without permission.

The enforcement team read the enforcement decision to the households here.

A total of 18 houses were built without permission on a plot of land with an area of ​​nearly 700 square meters in Khanh Long neighborhood (Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, Tan Uyen town).

According to the leader of Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, this is the land of Mr. Tong Thanh Vie and he built 18 of the above-mentioned houses without permission and sold them to people.

The people living here moved their belongings out of the house, when they were forced to.

When discovering the incident, the functional agency of Tan Uyen town invited Mr. Vie to work and issued a decision to sanction administrative violations on December 7, 2021 of the People’s Committee of Tan Uyen town.

When being sanctioned for forced dismantling, Mr. Vie dismantled 6 houses by himself. The remaining 12 houses (nearly 500 square meters) were not demolished, so the authorities set up a enforcement team.

By the end of February 28, 12 functional forces had completed the enforcement.

According to this local leader, these houses were built at the time of the COVID-19 epidemic, so the authorities did not detect it in time.
