New Delhi: The Supreme Court lawyer filed a complaint against Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Rizwan to the International Cricket Council. The lawyer alleged that Mohammad Rizwan prayed at the ground during the match against Netherlands in Hyderabad. Lawyer Vineet Jindal alleged that Rizwan’s move ‘raises questions against the spirit of cricket’.
Vineet Jindal sent the complaint to ICC Chairman Greg Barclay. Complaints were also raised against Rizwan’s response that the century scored against Sri Lanka was dedicated to the suffering people of Gaza. A complaint has been sent to ICC against Rizwan’s statement.
