Regarding the health reform, one of the many debates that have arisen from the controversy of the article is the lack of medical specialists in the country. Therefore, we took a tour of some medical schools to review how much professionals should pay for a specialized degree.

On average, the investment should be around $22 million per semester, depending on the specialty chosen. For this exercise, we reviewed the main surgical medical specialties of the five best private universities in the country to compare the price of their tuition.
