Since iOS/iPadOS 17 and watchOS 10, Apple has allowed you to register your emotional state in a very easy way through the application Health (Health) of the iPhone and Mindfulness (Mindfulness) do Apple Watch.
Now, with the iOS 18it became possible to register this also through another native app, the Daily (Journal). See how simple it is to do this in your entries!
How to use the iPhone Journal app
With the Journal app open, start writing a new entry. Then tap the emotional state icon (the last one, from left to right, above the keyboard).
Allow access to the Health app, then use the slider to add how you’re feeling right now.
In total, you can choose between:
- Very Unpleasant
- Unpleasant
- Mildly Unpleasant
- Neutral
- Mildly Pleasant
- Pleasant
- Very Pleasant
