O iOS 18 got a new tweak in the native app Photos (Photos), aimed mainly at those who capture videos with a high frame rate, allowing you to change the playback speed in order to obtain a more dramatic effect in your footage.
Apple makes it very clear that the playback options available will depend on the video format you captured and that the larger the capture format, the more options will be available for editing it.

How to edit a video in Cinema mode in iMovie [iPhone, iPad e Mac]
Open the Photos app and find your video. With it open, tap the edit button (the last one from left to right, at the bottom of the screen).
Then, go to the video speed icon (next to the three dots, in the top right corner) and choose the desired speed to view it.
When you want to save, tap “OK”.
