As Live Activities (Live Activities)previously exclusive only to iPhones and iPads, are now also available on Apple Watch with the release of watchOS 11.
In the case of the watch, they may appear on the Smart Set (Smart Stack) automatically, as soon as the activity is taking place — such as an Uber app trip or an iFood delivery, for example.

On your iPhone, open the Watch app, tap the “My Watch” tab and choose “Live Activities”. Then, uncheck the option “Start Live Activities Automatically”.
How to disable Live Activities from starting automatically on your Apple Watch
Open Settings, tap “Smart Set” and “Live Activities”. Then, uncheck the option “Start Live Activities Automatically”.
With this procedure, Live Activities will no longer start automatically on your Apple Watch.
