The La Culture du Goût grocery store at 15 place La Mennais in Ploërmel (Morbihan) has been displaying its new brand, Proxi, for several days.
For Adèle Esnault and Denis Lebroc, co-managers since 2021, no big changes: “The new thing is for the customers,” emphasizes Adèle while serving the first customers of the morning.

From dry to fresh to drinks, the brand relies on a wide range to attract customers.
Preserving her house from the press and developing home delivery in the city center, the co-manager hopes to promote the conditions for the return of customers to the city center following the work which has impacted the number of visitors to her business.
Proxi open Monday to Sunday. Tuesday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The business is also a broadcaster in Ploërmelais.
