“Commerce” defames a citizen, fines him 380,000 riyals, closes the facility, cancels the commercial register, and prevents him from continuing his activity in Hail

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce denounced the citizen Abdullah bin Suleiman Abdullah Al-Dabikel, and residents of Egyptian nationality, Hamdi Rayan Hamid and Muhammad Rayan Hamid, following a court ruling was issued condemning them to committing a crime of cover-up in the contracting and maintenance sector in the city of Hail.

The details of the case stem from the suspected case of cover-up with two institutions engaged in contracting activities, and the second one specializes in security and safety activities through the installation and maintenance of firefighting equipment.

By conducting the case, it was found that the three convicts had committed the crime of cover-up by granting the citizen to the residents the authority to manage and operate the two institutions and to carry out commercial activity for their own account, in addition to giving the residents the tools to dispose completely and transfer the funds resulting from their illegal activity outside the Kingdom.

The Ministry published the judicial ruling issued by the Criminal Court of Hail, which includes a fine of 380,000 riyals for violators, defamation, closing the two facilities, liquidating their activities, canceling licenses, writing off the commercial register, banning from practicing the activity, collecting zakat, fees and taxes, and removing hidden residents from the Kingdom and not allowing them to return to work. .
