It’s redemption time for Netflix on Wall Street. Two and a half years after the outbreak of the worst crisis in its history, the American streaming giant has returned to and surpassed the heights to which it was carried by the Covid pandemic.
Its stock flirted with the $700 mark this week, which it even exceeded during trading last Tuesday. That same day, it set a new closing record at $697.12, erasing the previous mark ($691.69) from November 17, 2021. Since the start of the year, it has appreciated by more than 40%. Better than the Nasdaq, of which it is a part, which has gained 19.2%.
