Comilog supports local economic operators –

Economic operators and other potential entrepreneurs from the cities of Moanda, Bakoumba and Mounana, beneficiaries of the Comilog “Seed Fund”, have been participating for five (5) days in a training session to strengthen their capacities focused on project management. This seminar, which ends this Sunday, August 31, 2024 in Moanda, is placed on the theme “Commercial strategies and the sales force”.

The training is aimed at entrepreneurs from various sectors, including agriculture, industrial technology, construction and agricultural processing. The emphasis is on the commercial method, allowing all participants to master the fundamentals of sales, regardless of the field of activity.

The objective of this training led by Jeanne Dominique Tchialé, Manager of FM Conseil Financier SARL, is to provide participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in their entrepreneurial activities, while allowing them to repay the credits that will be granted to them by Comilog through the ”Seed Fund”.

“We already teach them business strategies because they are completely ignorant of what it means in terms of sales. We teach them basically how to prepare themselves commercially, to adopt a predisposition in their functioning and to design visions for their entrepreneurial activities. This is the essential starting point for success.”explained the trainer.

In addition to the five days of training, FM Conseil Financier SARL will provide personalized monitoring of all participants for one month. “Even if we return to Libreville, we will continue to support each beneficiary, in order to ensure that they effectively apply the skills acquired during this training”assures Jeanne Dominique Tchialé.

“It is a framework for acquiring knowledge that allows us to have a good orientation and establish solid agreements with customers in the market. The training is very enriching, it gives us additional information on how to win new markets and deploy effectively. My company, specialized in personal transportation and vehicle rental, benefits directly from the lessons received. Our business assets are timely, and all this will allow me to boost the activity and deploy more quickly in the field.”rejoiced one of the participants and beneficiaries of the ”Seed Fund”.

This initiative by the Ogooué Mining Company (Comilog), in partnership with FM Conseil Financier SARL, marks a significant effort to strengthen local entrepreneurial capacities, promote innovation and support economic growth in Moanda and the region.
