“I say to all those who were in the opposition, I say welcome, come with us to build a country, to build national unity,” said Maduro, during his closing campaign for the presidential elections next Sunday, July 28.

He also sent a message to the different economic sectors of the country, “which have been affected by the sanctions.”

“They said it was against Maduro, but here is Maduro. They hurt the working class and the laborers of the neighborhoods, but we are brave,” he emphasized.

He added that “the economic plan that I launched, in the middle of the economic war, having lost 99% of the income, worked, now there are entrepreneurs growing in Venezuela.”

“If we all unite and support Venezuela’s growth, the country will continue to emerge,” Maduro concluded.
