Comcast today announced the opening of its newest Xfinity store in Edina, Minnesota. Located on popular France Avenue, this interactive retail and product demonstration space is designed around the customer experience, offering the opportunity to explore and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services. The nearly 5,000 square foot store is located at 7101 France Ave S, Edina MN 55435, in the Rue de France Shopping Center and will open to the public on Friday, September 30th.
This opening marks the 15th Xfinity Store opening in the Twin Cities. In a welcoming and interactive environment that combines the entertainment and technology offerings of Comcast highlights, customers can explore all Xfinity products, from internet, video and connected home solutions to Xfinity Mobile, a simple, flexible and affordable mobile plan that saves customers money.
‘Comcast is an important part of the Edina community and we congratulate them on this new business,’ said Edina City Mayor Jim Hovland. The France Avenue area is a great location and we welcome the Comcast employees who will serve Edina’s customers in this new Xfinity store.
The Xfinity store staff will be happy to demonstrate the X1 entertainment platform, how to use the xFi tools to manage internet functions at home (e.g. turn off at mealtime or bedtime or ensure the security of the network), and customers regarding the free mobile apps that allow them to take their saved TV programs and movies with them wherever they go.

It’s a great location just off France Avenue so we expect it will be very easy to get to for the population. The new store will employ 15 people and offer customer-friendly hours of operation, ranging from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays.
