“The two students asked the victim to empty her pockets and intimidated her. It’s serious, but there is no harassment because it was an isolated event that occurred outside of school“, explains management.
The two students are subject to temporary exclusion pending a decision from the establishment. If they do not comply with the measures imposed, they also risk prosecution before the youth court.
