They propose an exercise that we can do in the comfort of our home, it is made up of four actions, 10 repetitions of each one and of which three series must be done. Cellulite will disappear and your legs will become stronger.

Knee raises: using a step, you must climb onto it with just one leg and raising the opposite leg to form a 90-degree angle. The process must be carried out in 10 repetitions with both legs. Lateral lunge: now the step must be placed to one side to rest one foot on it and make a stride to the other side with the other leg. This exercise can be done with dumbbells in your hands. Ballet squat: should be performed with your feet wider than shoulder width apart. Always respecting a straight posture so as not to strain your back.
