Kiwi also contains actinidine, an enzyme that contributes to improving digestive health and speeding up gastric emptying. Several studies have confirmed that it is useful in treating many digestive problems, relieving flatulence, stomach pain, and constipation.

5- Pineapple
Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains a lot of vitamins and minerals important to the body, especially vitamin C, manganese and vitamin B.
Pineapple also contains bromelain, an enzyme that has long been used in traditional medicine to treat digestive disorders. Some recent studies have confirmed that bromelain fights infections and improves the problem and symptoms of flatulence.
