Article 47: Clubs affiliated with DIMAYOR or DIFUTBOL must make their players available to the national team to which they belong, regardless of the player’s age.
This provision is mandatory for the matches listed in the FIFA international calendar (The Under 20 World Cup is not in those competitions) and for any other match for which the FIFA Executive Committee has made a special decision.
Article 54. The player who has been summoned by COLFUTBOL for one of its representative teams will not have, in any case, the right to play with the club to which he belongs, during the period that his release lasts or may last. This prohibition to play will be extended for five days in the event that for any reason the player has not wanted or been able to attend the call. In the same way, clubs that do not attend the calls in a timely manner will be subject to disciplinary measures. for preparation of the national teams, duly approved by the Executive Committee of COLFUTBOL.
