“Based on the physical evidence and the material elements collected and studied by the office that was assigned this file three months ago, a delegated prosecutor before the Supreme Court of Justice filed an indictment against former senator Álvaro Uribe Vélez, as the alleged instigator of the crimes of bribery of witnesses in criminal proceedings and procedural fraud.”the document continued.
