Margareth Chacón, the woman accused of participating in the murder of Paraguayan prosecutor Marcelo Pecciarrived in Colombia on the night of this Saturday (January 21) following El Salvador expelled her from the country.
The accused was transferred by a commission of the CTI and the Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Interpol (Dijín) of the National Police. In the national territory Chacón was made available to the Attorney General’s Office of the Nation

The entity announced that this Sunday, January 22, Chacón will be presented before a guarantee control judge to advance the imputation of the charges. The detainee will spend the night in the Bunker of the Prosecutor’s Office.
Chacón was captured in El Salvador.
