Colombian detained in El Salvador for the murder of the Paraguayan prosecutor is already in the country

Margareth Chacón, the woman accused of participating in the murder of Paraguayan prosecutor Marcelo Pecciarrived in Colombia on the night of this Saturday (January 21) after El Salvador expelled her from the country.

The accused was transferred by a commission of the CTI and the Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Interpol (Dijín) of the National Police. In the national territory Chacón was made available to the Attorney General’s Office of the Nation

She was transferred from El Salvador to Colombia by commission of the CTI and the DIJIN Police, ”the Prosecutor’s Office reported on his Twitter account.

The entity announced that this Sunday, January 22, Chacón will be presented before a guarantee control judge to advance the imputation of the charges. The detainee will spend the night in the Bunker of the Prosecutor’s Office.

Chacón was captured in El Salvador. The Security Minister of that country, Gustavo Villatoro, was in charge of reporting on this capture. “The El Salvador Interpol He made all the coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office and as the Expanded Cabinet we began to carry out all the procedures to proceed with the arrest,” he explained.

In this sense, the Minister of Security said that his country will not be a refuge for criminals, so Chacón ended up being handed over to the Colombian authorities.

Chacon is the sentimental partner of Andrés Felipe Pérezwho in recent days along with his brother Ramón agreed to have coordinated the murder of former Paraguayan prosecutor Marcelo Pecci.
