Companies are aware of the importance of build positive and well-being environments for its employees and they have begun to focus their operational and financial efforts to give the best to their collaborators.
This is why Great People’s Community (the community of Great Place to Work Colombia), Guapura and Welu by Coexitosos joined forces to create the largest party of happiness at work in Colombia: Welu Fest 2023 the first Experiential Congress for Happiness and Well-being at Work, which will take place on April 14, in Subachoque, Cundinamarca.
More than 200 Human Talent managers, leaders and teams will gather at the event, including Sylvia Ramírez, the renowned happiness expert, writer of Office-proof happiness. There will be a panel of invited specialists, networking, a healthy fair and more than 10 fantastic experiences that will make us sing, laugh, vibrate, dance and taste happiness, to impregnate every pore of our skin with love for our work.
