Colombia rejected Maduro’s participation within the Celac summit

The federal government of Colombia expressed this Saturday its rejection of the participation of President Nicolás Maduro within the VI Summit of Heads of State and Authorities of the Neighborhood of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac) being held in Mexico.
