Colombia proposes to Venezuela to create a “border regime” for binational peace and safety

The peace commissioner of Colombia, Otty Patiño, proposed this Monday to the Authorities of Venezuela to create a “border regime” targeted on guaranteeing peace and safety in “binational peoples”, a course of by which – he famous – communities can take part. and “armed actors” with a presence in these areas.
