COFAG: Wirtschaftsbund welcomes approval from the EU Commission

Vienna (OTS) – The EU Commission has finally approved a draft directive to clean up most of the COFAG problem cases. Now the government has to put the directive into force quickly: “The EU Commission has finally made its decision. Good news for Austrian companies that have been waiting for aid for a long time. In order to create legal certainty for the companies affected and to prevent a flood of lawsuits, the federal government and COFAG must now implement national guidelines and start paying out as quickly as possible so that all waiting companies get their rights,” says WB Secretary General Kurt Egger the approval of the EU Commission.
