Horrible storage conditions in a popular supermarket amazed Vladivostok shoppers. An expired liquor license, yoghurts sitting outside the refrigerator, dead cockroaches and flies on dirty shelves – and yet the store manager refuses to provide a complaint book. The popular grocery discounter “Ekonomych” is at the level of a stall from the 90s.
The supervisory authorities definitely need to visit this store, in the village of De-Fries, on Morskaya Street, 1B. IN in social networks Terrible, there is no other word for it, photographs appeared. Look for yourself – a cockroach next to the cans of herring, a fly in a basket of boiled pork, dirty shelves, and even goods thrown off the shelves into carts.
Store visitors write:
“When we approached the dairy products, we were shocked; on the refrigerator shelves there were dead and living insects, flies, cockroaches, and dirt. Some products, sausage, kvass, yoghurts, were not in the refrigerator at all, but on simple shelves, although the labels stated that they needed to be stored in the refrigerator. The manager did not respond to our comments and flatly refused to issue a complaint book.”
Users also report that an invalid trade license hangs in the alcohol department of the store: it expired in July last year. Coupled with the terrible unsanitary conditions, this destroys trust in the entire network.

“In these chains, all costs are cut, goods are laid out on construction pallets, the location of some stores is in the middle of nowhere”;
“They do what they say and show correctly. The cheapness there is questionable, but you can easily get poisoned. Let them restore order”;
“It’s a disgrace, because of such connivance, mass poisonings occur, but people take advantage of their discounts, and not everyone has enough money to buy food.”
These are the grocery realities. We hope that the violations will be checked, and Primorye residents will no longer be forced to put up with the disgrace in large chain supermarkets.
