The examination showed that the mutilated body of Osama Tawfiq, a 30-year-old coastal doctor from the Hyhia Center in Sharkia Governorate, who works as an orthopedist at Nasser Institute Hospital, was found, buried in a hole inside the clinic 4 days following his absence. According to what was reported by the Cairo 24 website.
While searching for the doctor, the detectives listened to the statements of one of his colleagues, who said that his colleague, Osama Tawfiq, asked for permission 4 days ago and has not returned to work since then.
By unpacking the surveillance cameras surrounding the clinic where the doctor works, it was found that he entered the clinic and did not leave it, so the detectives entered the clinic and noticed an unpleasant smell emanating from inside.
