The problem is Hong Kong. Hong Kong, with a population of 7.4 million, has reported more than 7,300 COVID-19 deaths since the end of December. The city’s mortality rate is the highest in Asia.
In Hong Kong, 84.5% of people aged 12 and over received two doses, and only 60% of people aged 70 and over received two doses, CNN reported.
