CNE submits to the TSJ the records of the elections of #28Jul

The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Elvis Amoroso, submitted the required documents to the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) tonight in relation to the recent presidential elections on July 28.

“In compliance with the constitutional mandate, everything requested by the highest court of the Republic is recorded here, just like in the secretariat,” Amoroso said in the Electoral Chamber of the TSJ. “Here, just like in the Office of the Clerk, everything requested by the Supreme Court of the Republic is recorded. With your permission, I proceed to record the document and everything you have requested before the Office of the Clerk.”.

After receiving the documents, the president of the TSJ, Caryslia RodrĂ­guez, formalized the delivery, and thanked the president of the CNE and the rectors for their appearance.

“It is noted that the document and its annexes have been received by the aforementioned electoral body during the office hours authorized by this Electoral Chamber for the present case, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned judgment.”said Rodriguez.
