When was the project for the New León Stadium presented?

Jesús Martínez, Sr., was the man who led the ceremony where the project for the new property was presented back in 2018. The director gave details of the amenities that the property would have and that it was shaping up to be one of the best in the country.

On that occasion it was indicated that the stadium would have capacity for 35 thousand fans, regarding three hundred luxury boxes and suites, commercial areas, a museum and an official store. It was going to have a 300-room hotel and, like in Pachuca, a soccer university would be built, but unfortunately everything remained a dream.
