This railroad crossing is located between Motosumiyoshi and Musashi-Kosugi Station on the Meguro Line, and according to the poster’s tweet, it was taken at around 13:53 on the 15th. It seems that the train taken by the railroad fan was displayed as a test run. He said that the gathering of railroad fans might have caused trouble for pedestrians and cars, and he said he would like to consider providing information to the police regarding those who climbed the barrier.

There are several other photos posted on Twitter from different angles. Looking at them, near the bar of the barrier, regarding 10 railroad fans were holding cameras on the opposite side of where the three were. Some people leaned out of the barrier and took pictures while they were packed tightly.

On the 16th, a Tokyu public relations group representative responded to an interview with J-CAST News by e-mail regarding the fact that railroad fans climbed the barrier.

Since this train was a deadhead train, it had no effect on normal operation. It was a Tokyo Metro vehicle that operated directly with the Meguro Line, but it was running in a different operation than usual, so it is presumed that railroad fans gathered if this was unusual.

Regarding this matter, the Nakahara Police Station of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police received a 110th call from a witness regarding climbing a barrier at regarding the same time as the poster took a picture, and a police officer went to the scene on May 16. It was revealed that he was dispatched.

He tried to ask the men who climbed up regarding the situation, but he said he might not secure them. He said he would refrain from answering whether he received a damage report from Tokyu, but it seems that the investigation into this matter has continued since then.
