MEXICO.- The president-elect of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaumannounced this Friday, September 6, the names of the people who will be in charge of the National Defense Secretariat (Sedena) and the Navy (Semar) during his six-year term.

The announcement was made through his ‘X’ account, where he acknowledged the work and dedication of both those chosen.

The next Secretary of National Defense will be the Major General with a Diploma in the General Staff, Ricardo Trevilla Trejo.
